Sarah has been a Case Manager for the past 9 years. She has a ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care) Case Management experience, specializing in an Assisted Living Caseload. Prior to that she was the Lead Caregiver at a large Assisted Living Center for 4 years. Sarah has a Bachelor's of Arts in Linguistics, and has a special interest in aphasia.
